MICRODUST (PM10 sequential)

Both the European Union (EU, 1996) that the Ministry of Environment (DM 25/11/94), have highlighted the importance of continuous monitoring of exposure to physical finer aerosol or with an aerodynamic diameter less than 10 ́m (thoracic fraction or PM 10). These particles are indeed responsible for significant adverse health effects affecting the respiratory system. The Air Sequential Sampler PM10 MICRODUST has been studied to be exposed in urban areas. The caulk fibreglass case guarantees waterproof and overheating protection.
MICRODUST PM10 has a certificate of equivalency (No. 7628 of 29.12.2007) issued by the Institute for Atmospheric Pollution, CNR, Rome, as required by DM No. 60 of 02.Aprile.2002. The certification was obtained following a campaign of measurements in situ 1 year using a 2 mm PTFE filters, placed in environmental chamber at 20 ± 1 ° C and 50% ± 5% RH for 48 hours before and after sampling.

- Caulk fibreglass case with 20 mm of polyurethane wich provides water resistance and protection from overheating (this allows you to place  the sample in urban areas)
