Membrane holder device for inhalable fraction

Stainless steel/aluminium membrane holder equipped with anodized aluminium “open cylinder” for airborne fibres monitoring, suitable for housing a tripod and hose connector, ø 12 mm ¼”.

The holders are compatible with 25mm diameter filters (code A.2000) and with 47mm diameter filters (code A.2006)

Stainless steel/aluminium membrane holder, “Double Cone” type, for total dust and metals monitoring, suitable for housing a tripod and hose connector, ø 12 mm ¼”.

The holders are compatible with 20mm diameter filters (code A.2027) and with 47mm diameter filters (code A.2007)

Membrane holder device for respirable fraction

Cyclone “Casella” made in antistatic plastic for sampling respirable fraction. Granulometric separation curve: 4,5 (with flow rate 2.2 l/min) and 5 μm (flow rate 1,9 l/min). (Code B.2030)

The cyclone can be used with antistatic plastic filter holder for Ø 25 mm filters (code B.2031) or Ø 37 mm filters (code B.2035).

Double stage cyclone “Dorr Oliver”, made in Teflon and aluminium, for sampling of the respirable fraction.

Granulometric separation curve: 4.25 μm (with a flow rate 1,7 l/min) for use with Ø 25 mm filters (Code B.2030_D)

Sampling head for PM10 e PM2.5

European type sampling head in aluminium for PM10 fraction, compliant with EN-12341: flow rate 2,3 m3/h, sampling flow 38,3 l/min (code A.1462_38.3)

PM10 – PM2.5 and PM1 sampling heads can be provided also for use with a flow rate of 1 m3 / h and sampling flow 16,7 l/min

All the sampling heads must be used with the appropriate filter holder (for Ø 47 mm filters) with hose connector, ø 12 mm ¼ “, for connection to sampling tube

Filter holder boxes  for filters transport, made in transparent anti-static plastic, with shaped lid to ensure the locking of the filter (as indicated by UNICHIM n°285:2003 method) and equipped with lateral slides to facilitate filter gripping  with tweezers (Italian Patent n. 259465 granted on 4.9.2008).

Alluminium tube holder (for Large and Jumbo adsorbent tubes) with hose connector, ø 12 mm ¼ “, for connection to sampling tube. 

A small sphere, in plastic material, is contained in the tube holder. This sphere closes the hole at the end of the aspiration inlet thereby preventing the contact between external air and sampling substrate.

The Vaporizer is compliant with current standards for asbestos fibers monitoring and reading, NIOSH and OSHA methods
