GP FLOW
|
Small and simple machine, designed for confined spaces and created for the protection of the product, operator and the environment, the cabinet GP Flow allows you to remove pollutants at source, by means of a vertical laminar flow of sterile airon the worktop. The laminar flow is generated by two internal radial fans, controlled by the operator, who can vary the speed through the light switch and changer control located on the keyboard.
For its construction, is not clearly a biohazard cabinet but a small vertical laminar flow cabinet for handling low-risk biological substances. The decontaminated air from the absolute filter of downflow goes with laminar flow on the work area, crosses the worktop and it mixes with the outside air that enters into the cabin through the front opening, in the front area of the work plan. The contaminated air is aspirated from the fan in the upper part of the cabin and about 70% is sent back into the working area after absolute filtration and the remaining 30% is expelled just outside (mod. GP Flow Standard), or expelled after absolute filtration (mod. GP Flow Standard_H e GP Flow Plus). The quantity of expelled air is reintegrated with an equal amount of ambient air aspirated through the front opening, creating a barrier to protect the operator. |
