mini FLOW PCR


The mini FLOW_PCR cabinet has been developed with the criteria of the typical vertical laminar flow hoods (Class II not Biohazard), smaller, but for the exclusive protection of the product.

The cabinet has been designed specifically for the preparation of material for PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction): prevents cross-contamination of material due to irradiation of the working area with UVC rays and ensures the sterility of the product by the laminar flow of air Class 100 (ISO 5).

The cabinets are versatile and, due to their small size, easily locatable when required (even using their special support with wheels).

- External chassie in steel sheet painted in epoxy powder stove
- Double back panel for intake to even the horizontal air flow
- Worktop: stainless steel inox AISI 304 perforated, made by two panels removable for cleaning
- Painted sheet metal work tray for liquid recovery under the worktop
- Frontal window in temperate glass (thickness 5 mm) openable with the possibility of locking in the fully open position

- Exhaust collar (diameter: 150 mm) for possible conveyance outside of the exhaust air through PVC pipe
- Filter system consists of a packet of pre-filtration filter + HEPA for downflow

- Control pannel in the front of machine with “soft touch” membrane keyboard

- Digital hour meter of the operating of the machine and of the germicidal UV lamp (if installed)

- Countdown time  meter  for UV lamp programmable by the customer with automatic switch off
- Early warning visual on display of exceeding the maximum period for the replacement of filters (resettable)
