BLACK AWAY


The Black Away is a freestanding sink with aspiration and filtration on activated carbon filter specifically designed for the safe removing of organic liquids smelly and / or liquids containing fractions of solvents, reagents, etc. (in which case the connection is made with the line "controlled waste").

The sink is supplied with carbon filters C100, specific for solvents. The C100 filter could, however, for different needs, be replaced with different filters optional.

- Freestanding structure on legs completely in stainless steel AISI 304, fine scotch-brite, consisting of the following components:
  * Body unit: external dimensions: 820 x 800 x 1470 mm (L x W x H)
  * Zone pool:
       outside dimensions: 500 x 480 mm (L x P)
       useful tank size: 400 x 340 x 180 mm (L x W x H)
       height from floor: 800 mm
  * Polycarbonate tipper door for the regulation of the aspiration volume in function of the height of the container during unloading; if necessary, this door is removable
  * Tular steel coil folding for support while unloading containers for dripping
  * Back up with valve tap for cold water at automatic operation, controlled by IR presence of "container during discharge”; micrometric adjustment of the amount of cold water of dilution is possible through the manual valve
  * intake plenum right / left / rear wrap-around the tank, the plenum contains within it:
     ° No. 2 pre-filters with 65% ASHRAE efficiency for interception of solids suspended in air (size 300 x 300 x 48 mm) removable from the front of the machine can be opened for cleaning or replacement
     ° No. 2 activated carbon filters for trapping odors (measuring 300 x 300 x 40 mm) extracted from the right and left side can be opened for replacement
     ° No. 2 guards (right and left)
     ° No. 1 single inlet centrifugal fan with an electric motor coaxial silenced,  capacity 250 m3/h with head 28 mm approx, automatically activated by the sensor "presence of container during discharge and timed between 20" and 60" with manual control as a function of the expected duration of discharge.
     ° No. 1 Electrical control panel containing the electrical and electronic components that control and regulate the functioning of the system
     ° No. 1 IR sensor for "personal presence at work" that automatically activates both the impeller and the provision of cold water flow dilution pre-set by the operator.
Possibility of excluding the automatic operation with step to manually operation only for the supply of cold water or ventilation only, through the control keyboard
